Description
The F series automatic viscous liquid filling machine is suitable for filling viscous liquids such as oil, honey, yogurt, or similar liquids.
It can be integrated with other supporting machines of the bottling line, with complete functions and intelligent control advantages.
Main Features:
Adopting a volumetric piston pump, and pneumatic control SS check valve to fill various kinds of liquid from light to medium heavy.
Pneumatic control piston pump, easy adhysted filling volume.
Top liquid hopper application, with an auto level sensor to control stuff supply and stop.
Auto shut on/ off filling nozzle, prevent drop while filling.
Convenient to take out component parts to clean and sterilize and adjust to fit another bottle size with no change parts.
Frequency inverter speed control, no bottle, no fill intelligence.
All electric elements are adopted Mitsubishi, Schneider brand.
The whole machine is designed and manufactured according to GMP regulations.
