The Aluminum Bottle Aluminum Cap Beverage Automatic Filling Line is composed of Water Chiller, Double tank soda water mixer and Isobaric three-in-one filling machine.

Process of Double tank soda water mixer

1.The original gas in the material is separated from the material through a vacuum deoxidation tank to facilitate subsequent mixing of carbon dioxide.
2.The equipment cools down the material.
3.After the temperature drops to 3-4 degrees, the mixing tube starts to mix carbon dioxide.
4.After initial mixing, the material is pumped into the mixing tank through the booster pump for secondary mixing
5.The terminal is equipped with a small heat exchanger to prevent the material from heating up before entering the filling machine.

Empty bottle → conveying → washing and draining inside and outside upside down → inflation valve (maintain equal pressure) → filling → capping
